Buckingham & Lloyds has proudly partnered with local award-winning cocktail bar, Publiq.
The venue, located next to Hyde Park, offers menus of carefully-crafted cocktails changing seasonally, alongside organic and biodynamic wines produced in family-owned vineyards as well as a locally brewed beers and cider.
Just recently, Publiq have been listed within the UK’s top 50 Cocktail bars, and rightly so as they boast a cocktail menu which uses only the most seasonal fruits, herbs and spices to ensure the freshest flavours.
Focusing on quality-led produce, such as Mr Txuleta’s ex-dairy cows that are given a second life by being taken back to the Basque Country to enjoy the pastures a bit longer for a fattier, tastier meat, the food is on par with the drinks with a modern-British, farm-to-table menu of sharing plates.
Driven by its responsibility to empower and inspire the local community, Publiq. has championed the notion of Positive impact (different to plain sustainability) by supporting our planet proactively. They swapped automatic ice machines by chipping ice off an ice block (even keeps your cocktail fresher longer!). They re-use kitchen ingredients in their cocktails (i.e. making their own Amaretto from peach pits) and furthermore, they guarantee that part of their revenue goes into supporting WaterAidUK.”
As of February 2022, cocktails can be pre-booked by guests online during the reservation process through our website: an ideal little extra to put a smile on a birthday stay or a romantic welcome gift for a séjour-à-deux.
The cocktail experience will be presented in small gift card format and placed in the apartment prior to arrival.
